Scope of services

 

A configurable landing page allows the customer to obtain information and quickly select the desired location and a preferred parking object. Activated products can be quickly viewed and booked directly on the parking object landing pages.

By booking a parking space, the customer fills in all important information and accepts the terms and conditions. After the booking confirmation and the contract acceptance, the customer uses the Self Service Area as a central point for his concerns.

Your employees can easily keep an eye on open processes and manage the customer base. This not only saves time, but also increases communication effectiveness.
